An Arbie LGO deck. Metempsychosis is particualrly usefull. Play it on scout, partisan, Moran Scholar, to trigger their special abilities. Or just play it on arbie to give him his full health back, clear him of any blights he might have and at the same time give him move 2. Very nice card now.
