After buying "Envoy of the Empire" and unlocking the starter you will be able to build this deck, do not go and buy it on the black market!
Was hard to decide whether to take this in a Tempo or Late game direction, so I settled for a mixture, but leaning more onto the late game side of things. You can pile on pressure early with skirmishers and all your cheap spells and creatures, and then move to a late game deck if the match drags on, and start using your Honorable Generals and speeds to haste your entire side, and once you have an idol down, nothing ends a game quicker than wings cleaver with fleetness. Use Infiltrate and warding stones to slow down your opponents forces, and your wings shields and gallant defenders to stop their attacks. Build up whats known as the 'order death-ball' by surrounding units with synced countdowns around a royal vanguard, or just an honorable general is always scary. Wings Captain can be used to get some extra reach, as well as flips, pothers and pushbacks to sneak in surprise wins or get rid of troublesome units, although most the time it'll be just a solid creature. Waking stones or reloras would improve the deck a lot, due to the sheer power of those scrolls for defense and attack respectively, and more royal vanguards will do work, and they're not too expensive either, so they should probably be the first addition.
